Content Licence and Attribution

Augurhall simulates fights under the rules of a fantasy tabletop role-playing game. The game rules it uses (numbers, action costs, traits, damage, saves, durations, conditions) come from material its publisher released under the ORC License. The service's game data is built only from material released under that licence, and it uses none of the publisher's artwork.

Augurhall is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the publisher of the game or by any other licensor named on this page.

ORC Notice

This product is licensed under the ORC License located at the Library of Congress at TX 9-307-067 and available online at various locations. All warranties are disclaimed as set forth therein.

Attribution

Placeholder for the lawyer (OWN-04): the Attribution Notice the ORC License requires (Section III.b): each Licensor and creator of the Licensed Material used, and every upstream licensor, worded as they ask; and how Augurhall wishes to be credited. The repository holds no licensor's own attribution notice to copy, so this text is not written here.

Reserved Material

Placeholder for the lawyer (OWN-04): the Reserved Material Notice (ORC License Section III.c): the elements of Augurhall that are its own Reserved Material, if any (for example its name, software, interface and artwork).

Expressly Designated Licensed Material

Placeholder for the lawyer (OWN-04): the statement of Expressly Designated Licensed Material (ORC License Section III.d), or that there is none.

Open Game License

Placeholder for the lawyer (OWN-04): whether an Open Game License notice is also needed for any material the service uses and, if so, its text. The Open Game License text is not in the repository and is not reproduced here.

Trademarks

Placeholder for the lawyer (OWN-04): the trademark statement, if any. The game's trademarks are not used by the service.

Software

Augurhall is built with open-source software. Each package keeps its own licence.

Placeholder: the list of open-source packages and their licences is generated from the project's dependency list and will be published with this page.
